Computer Engineer / IT Specialist
NIPPUR Pharma is seeking a Computer Engineer or IT Specialist to support the company's digital infrastructure, information systems, networks, and technical operations. The candidate will contribute to maintaining reliable and secure IT services across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to employees and departments.
- Assist in managing servers, software, and user accounts.
- Support information security and data backup procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining digital management systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of computer networks and operating systems.
- Familiarity with IT troubleshooting and technical support.
- Basic understanding of information security and data management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
