Administrative Officer
NIPPUR Pharma is seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Officer to support daily administrative operations, coordinate internal activities, maintain company records, and assist different departments in achieving efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative activities.
- Prepare and organize official correspondence and documents.
- Maintain records, files, and administrative databases.
- Assist with employee records and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and internal communications.
- Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Prepare periodic administrative reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Attention to detail and professional conduct.
